This song is arranged in a Brazilian style called Bossa Nova (new dance) that could possibly interpreted by some people as “gay” in a not cool way nowadays, but meant to mean overly romantic, sentimental and gentle. Buble does a commercialized version of if here that works for many people but if you want to hear it done by Brazilians playing Bossa Nova, at least check out Rosa Passos who over the past 50 years is most famous for spreading the style.
